Downtime Shenanigans

So what is everybody doing during downtime?

I'm finishing dinner and then going to make fortune cookies for work.

There is a cookie contest at work so this is justified. I'm going off the wall too win the contest.

luckily my finals are rolling around this and next week... it'll keep me busy

setting up my new iTouch. a gift from my company for taking the new position and sacrificing most of my EVE time to bust my ass for them instead.

Who wants to make bets as to when the server is back up? We can do an over/under or closest best guess, whatever. Who wants to put their isk where their mouth is ? :)

But that isn't anything new as I sacrifice another fleet into a warp bubble!

How do you make fortune cookies?

Whisk one egg white and 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla until it gets bubbly. Sift 1/4 cup of flour, 1/4 cup of sugar, and a pinch of salt into egg while mixing. Once it's a smooth batter, take 1.5 teaspoon of batter on a greased baking pan Tilt that pan until you get a 3-4 inch circle of batter. Bake at 400 degrees for about 8 minutes. Use a spatula to pick up the cookie, place in hand, fold in half, then use the rim of a bowl to crease the fold side into a fortune cookie shape.
