I found some of our old practice songs.

Here's a before and after of a song I wrote. (I didn't write lyrics - just musics)

Before (@ practice):

I like the raw sound of the before better personally. But this is not my style of music at all.

Yeah, I like the practice version more. The song kinda sounds like it was made in the Punk-O-Matic though.

I like the speed of the prac tape. Heh.. punk-o-matic :) They say I got more parts than Buffalo Bill. Riff Bank FTW!

I write the same way, if there isn't at least 6 or 7 different riffs in a song, I think it is boring. I really dig the music, not much into the screamin shit though. I take that back, if the screaming is done following a melody line, I dig it... This is all pretty much monotone. Drummer is really good. No guitar solo though. I give it like a 5 out of 10.

Not bad man, just listened to the first song. Not a huge fan of metal, but enjoyed the tempo change up (surprised me) and the drummer is very proficient. You'd need a kick ass singer to pull that off though.

Heya Chris, solid grooves as usual. I like the studio version, you guys have a polished Slayer sorta sound. You need to add solos to this stuff though, and maybe break it up once in a while with clean parts and/or melodic harmonies.

No guitar solo?
1 out of 10.
