Which game type is the easiest way to gain a high ranking?

Any 1 game type better than the other for boosting the ranks and getting EXP quick?

I've had good luck in headquarters

Headquarters definitely seems to be the best as far as XP goes. If we don't have a party of 5-6 I prefer to play HQ, otherwise domination is pretty fun.

if you don't suck, Search and Destroy gives like 40 points for a kill. Downside is that you don't respawn unitl the objective is complete or time runs out.

I still suck though, so sadly I don't play it much yet.

I get 5 kills in TDM by the time I get 1 kill in S&D though.

Just played headquarters that shit is fun

I've played exclusively tdm and domination up to now, and for me it's domination because it doesn't matter on the competition. Half the tdm are you and a bunch of noobs against an organized clan using you as practice. Even if I were good at the game thier teamwork nullifies the skill level. When this happens in domination its pretty easy to at least go against the one guy defending a or c (90% of the action is always at b), get some kills and a few captures.

This sounds silly and obvious, but I dont really think the gametype matters, its all about wins.

S&D will have the best players playing, so if youre not too good then its harder to get kills, which are 50 points a pop. Planting the bomb and defusing the bomb give 100 a pop. Headquarters are the best points for me. I am averaging around 750 a game without any challenges.

tdm and sabotage are probably the worst exp you can get on 360

Go in cagematch, invite your friend before someone else fills the lobby and then take turns doing your challenges.

Aside from that if you are very good play S&D, if you arent as good at staying alive do headquarters.

I can't see how TDM sucks for 360 but is good for PC, so I'm gonna have to go with no.. you're wrong.

I am pretty damn good for some reason either I played newbs all day or just had beginners luck

As I've gotten better at S&D, I pile on the points. It's all meaningless at this point though (PC - no prestige option).

People who think they are locked into CoD4 for a while shouldn't worry much about power levelling. Just play what you want to play and enjoy, the points (and more importantly the hardware) will come. Before you know it, you'll be maxed out.

Yah, like I said, it's like 24 hours of play really to get to max, no big deal.

tdm was the fastest for me
