Quickfit has been replaced, effectively, by EFT.

EFT can be found on the EVE-O forums (http://myeve.eve-online.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=548883)

There's an "Add-On" that'll estimate fit costs as well, here (http://eve.drome.nl/OnlineModulePrices.htm).
