Brand new, never been dropped, and even comes with a griffin iclear case (with a removeable screen protector). Bought it after my 80GB iPod video was stolen from my car (they left my oakley sunglasses and didn't bother with my stereo or anything else in the car, awesome).
might be a few VERY minor scratches on the back, because well, apple puts whatever super shitty shiny metal on the back of all ipods, and when you touch it scratches show up (no real scratches from anything sharp, whatever you can get by holding it)
works great, i bought it, the wifi works GREAT, but this doesn't work with the ipod adapter in my car stereo, and i'm not going to get rid of my car stereo because of an ipod.....
its in great condition, asking $380 shipped, which is cheaper than you are gonna find an ipod touch for, with a case thats included.
Apple headphones, original box, and the dock adapter included.
The wifi browser is awesome, that and the youtube player work great on any home wireless setup. If this thing worked with my car stereo, I'd keep it. I do miss the scroll wheel and button sometimes, but other than that, its a solid piece of technology.

Looking for an 80GB iPod classic+cash, that has to be in great condition, would consider a 160 GB+cash (even though 160GB is overkill and a half). I have iskin cases left over from my old stolen ipod video :(
Edit- Throwing in a battery operated FM tuner so you can listen to jams in your car... yo
