Question. Whats a good spec for raiding and lots of damage? i'm looking at 40/21. But i'm also looking at getting imp arc missles. But i would then lose MoE and blastwave. help plz :(

It got nerfed and fire got buffed, although i'm still trying to force 40/0/21 to work so I don't have to reitemize.
