Hey man,
Have you seen (done?) any math on whether or not it will be beneficial to utilize at least 1 executioner enchant? Obviously there are some other factors (FF, recklessness, passive armor pen, and armor pen trinkets), but have you read anything regarding overall performance?
The only thing I've read really regarding it was the idea of mongoose mh/execution oh, but didn't see any type of confirmation to support it.

Armor Pen. is kinda hard to model since it depends so much on the other debuffs you have on the mob, but with all of them up, the Ex proc is a pretty substantial DPS boost, and even with all of it up you won't drop bosses to 0.

fwiw dps spreadsheet math for 2.3 shows executioner as a 15-20 dps drop with my current gear

I've only done one boss so far, but the casting changes made our warlock *rape* everyone on Naj'entus.

So we did Supremus and it was a clusterfuck of suck, then Akama, who offers basically no data, then I did Teron with a broken OH.... 1300 DPS 1 handed ftw.
Today is not a good day lol.

The game acts like you are using /stopcasting macros by default, except it won't cancel your current cast. You can basically just jam on it and you'll cast faster than in 2.2
