[t1] 2 problems

I have been trying to edit this old "t2 for t1" weapon skin. I downloaded tribes tools and used the "pbmp -> bmp" feature to make it editable but when i open it in paintshop pro the colors look all messed up. I tried some other skins and they worked fine and i could edit them. Anyone know why it doesnt work?

Also i got a small problem with my config. For some reason i cant see beacons, i mean i can see the beacon model but i cant see it in my gui. I guess i accidently changed something in my prefs.cs or tree(); menu but i cant find it now.

Re-install. Use hudbot. Screw bmps.
