which classes are great to level together?
I did 1-70 on my druid with a friend playing a spriest. we dominated everything together. i would let him get the finishing shot on mobs to keep spirit tap up. with ve and lotp i didnt really need any heals and if he was low on mana i had innervate.

I'm leveling a warrior, buddies got a hunter going.. we kill everything really fast. :shrug:
DPS/healer
Which puts the druid in pretty much ever best duo team. Feral druids heal fine for a post fight patch up, and do great solo damage. I pair them with rogues for the ease at which they can bypass trash mobs to get to quest mobs/bosses due to stealth capabilities. The only problem with the combo is that they have to share loot drops.

melee + healer
druid + anything
you want to maximize damage output and minimize mana/hp related downtime.
avoid combos where the strengths play against each other, ex: hunter + mage > hunter + warrior
also keep in mind that you, presumably, want to be a duo that can fit into 5man groups without raising too many eyebrows, so try to include a healer and avoid being the same dps class

resto druid + (warr, rogue, or lock)
on occasion holy paly replacing drood
Tank + healer (warrior + druid for both pve and 2v2 arena). You don't need CC to run anything. Doing that route, you won't have to LFM tank + healer in trade chat for 2 hours.

Has anyone tried Warrior/Rogue in 2's? Only looking to get around 1700-1800 rating.
Could work, everyone will be expecting a druid. then you just pop out and finish someone off.

You'd be surprised how many feral druids I see LF healer in LFG channel for just about everything. I tell them to heal and they just say "lol Im feral". What and it never crossed your mind that maybe getting some healing gear on the way to 70 was a good idea?
