So I had the week off, and my slowly-moving rest-bot Mouthparty finally edged his way to the final frontier. So now that I got him here, where should I direct him? You can find him here:
The World of Warcraft Armory (http://www.wowarmory.com/character-sheet.xml?r=Frostmane&n=Mouthparty)
Check out the initial gear, the spec and tell me where to go with him. Keep in mind things like the +8 stam chants are free from my other char and I'm not going to spend a fortune on temp. gear.
I have 40ish of each mark and about 18,000 honor and I'm thinking of just waiting until S3 to buy the S1 pieces, but if that's a month+ away, maybe I'll blow on the Veteran's Neck. *shrug*
My gun I picked up for 50g with the enchant and as BM it made more sense to me than a Val for 40g sans chant.
Anyways, critique away and let me know what you think!

Id love to give you some info but what is it that you want to do with him? PvP? PvE?
Your gear is ok for just hitting 70. I would definitley start grinding out rep so you can pick up some easy heroic gear and find a guild that can handle kara.
If you want to PvP (not a bad plan after the 2.3 changes) you should start grinding out the honor gear. Get some basic pieces now but keep a good 15-20k on hand for the s1 stuff. Find a priest, learn to mana burn, and start a 2v2 team and get some arena points.
Im no expert on hunter specs but im pretty sure BM does fine in both pvp and pve (i think mm is better if you get your shot rotation down), so i wouldn't worry about that.
Whats the deal with having no professions? Pick up skinning and mining and at least start bring in some money. Or invest in a money pit like engineering or BS for some weapons.

Right now I am doing a bit of both (PVP/PVE) and I have some thoughts on an arena team post 2.3.
I have several other chars so money isn't really a big concern for me, hence no professions.
I'm still a big fan of BGs as well. I have marks going stale constantly.

Priests and Hunters are still very succesful in 2v2 right now so i wouldnt wait for 2.3 to start that. Plus arenas seem to have a one season catch-up handicap. Meaning if you start arenas in season 3 (around the same time as 2.3) you wont be able to be competative until you get the gladiator gear which will be probably close to when season 4 starts. Losing 10 games a week is better points than playing 0 games per week.
If moneys isnt an issue pl up engineering and leatherworking. Im sure there are some great upgrades in there.
BTW i should mention i dont play a hunter (besides a 29 twink) so dont take any of this for gospel.

Ok well another day another shoot out. I respecced Marks, grabbed a few pieces, and I'm looking better than before. An extra 1300 HP, 600 Atk pwr and 2% crit and... I have 100 resil gear available too. Tapped out and picked up the Vet Bracers, and I'm grabbing the belt in the next few days. Check out my spec and see if I'm headed in the right direction!

My hunter can kick your hunter's ass... and she's not even 67 yet.
But seriously, just focus on stam/survival for a while. Don't get sucked into the pve mentality of just maxing attack power.

Eh, I went Marks to make my massive marks/honor grind a little more fun, and to try something different. It's only 2g to go to another spec, but it is kinda fun to do the 2k aimed, 2k multi 1.5k arcane combos - for what it's worth.
Right now I am focusing on hitting 10k health, staying around 1400-1500 atk pwr (im over so I can drop some to replace other stats) and hopefully 20% crit. +Hit I am not overly concerned with right now, and Resil is attached to every piece I'm grabbing. I also have my trinket and that resil/shield mushroom from Coilfang. For day two, it was a good day imo.
PS: I will take your hunter down to chinatown :P I might move my human paly over though... are you staying on DI?
PPS: Djinn was in Silens for a long time, is he a triber or just a friend of one? Anyone know (Eldee, Fel, Forensic, Kwatee etc?)
