The new (take three) IRC plan.

Ok, so IRC was a train wreck without our great leader. Two channels, both with different uses, BOTH having lapsed registration and the unfortunate sad news the man who ran everything (Dac The greatest leader ever) unfortunately doesn't seem to care about WAR anymore.

The solution is the new channel. This is the third and FINAL time (Unless Dalmar, Oxy and I all fall off the planet) that this will change so listen up.

No, I went on vacation and didn't login and the TW IRC unregisters the channel if nobody logs in for ~2 weeks, I figured they would have it set to a month or so but w/e. I cant just ask everyone to leave so I can re-register it though, just chill with us, my IRC has been spotty so probably only my bot is on.
