Not that anyone CARES, but here is the history I submitted for the writing portion. Pyro and Dalmar did the editing.

Blood Eagle: A Short History

As the last and final Blood Eagle flew through the rift of wavering blackness, heavily armored myrmidons lobbed their mortars through the rift as it closed without a sound. There was no going back, the world was dead and they were the last of the once mighty tribe of Blood Eagle. Blood soaked and weary they surveyed their surroundings; they were in a new world, with new and interesting creatures. During the very first night the Blood Eagle camp was assaulted and each attacker received a stormhammer disc to the face. Over time the Blood Eagle’s energy and resources were beginning to diminish, they were no longer able to keep their armored suits and disc launchers; instead they adopted rudimentary weapons and armor. They eventually discovered that this new world contained an enigmatic energy. They used this energy to manipulate the world around them. Some called this energy magic; others knew not what to make of it. Whatever weapons they had remaining they had to use, as the natives were neither human nor benign.

After weeks of wandering about, Blood Eagle stumbled upon a simple human society. They were told of the region’s history, something known as the “Guild Wars” had ravaged the lands of Elona and many guilds continued to fight for honor. Blood Eagle took up the challenge and entered the fray not as a tribe, but as a guild. In the arenas, Blood Eagle was a force to be reckoned with. They crushed many lesser opponents and were eventually one of the top guilds of the land. Blood Eagle's exploits were quickly recognized throughout this land and were sung by heralds far and wide as champions. As time progressed, some Blood Eagle members had forgotten their tribal bonds and abandoned their brethren to ally with other guilds. Others found another rift that took them to a strange land called Azeroth where they reunited with other long lost Blood Eagle. These brethren who had originally fell into the rift leading to Azeroth had formed a guild under the name “Serenity Now”, these kindred spirits became famous or as others may perceive it; infamous, for their exploits. Although they are not truly bound to Blood Eagle as a guild, they are distant cousins nonetheless.

The remaining Blood Eagle in the lands of Elona were no longer as powerful. Many members had retired, bought farms, taverns, and inns thus deciding to settle down. Those remaining brothers who wished to continue to carry the Blood Eagle banner into battle realized that their numbers were far too few to take on their former glory. Instead they joined forces with a guild known as “Treacherous Empire” and participated in a grandiose battle against the top guilds of the universe in an ancient coliseum known only as “E3.” While they did not fare as well as they had hoped, they were honored and proud to have compete in this hallowed temple, proving to the world that they were one of the best guilds in the land and universe.

After years of research one of the remaining Blood Eagle stalwarts, Dac, put out the call to all former and aspiring members. He had found another rift leading to another new and exciting world, where once again Blood Eagle could leave their mark in history. He informed us that this new land known only as the "Old World", would be an ideal home for Blood Eagle, offering much war and bloodshed. Veterans and members alike assembled. Although a few stayed behind, not wanting to give up their lives of peace they had discovered. Those who chose to follow Dac retrieved and donned their armor, myself included, and we followed him to this new rift of unsurpassed magnificence.

We marched through as one cohesive unit, our armor gleaming in the sun, twas a beautiful sight. Upon our entry into the Old World we immediately found our senses blunted. The world was a haze. All of a sudden there were shouts of agony erupting from the ranks. Blood Eagle began to change! Some of the members became large green brutes, others became smelly green runts. A few remained human in appearance but were internally twisted with chaotic energy, some drastically grotesque due to their lack of armor. The most blessed of us became lithe, agile, and glorious. When the transformation was complete and the haze lifted we realized we were no longer who we once were, but an entirely new set of races and species. This new land we found ourselves in was very twisted and absolutely bleak.

After marching for some time, we discovered a small band of nomadic travelers. (Fortunately our brothers who became green skinned brutes retained some of their human intelligence for the next few days so they managed to keep a barely cohesive unit, if they had not I'm afraid my newfound kin and I would have had to enforce order upon them, permanently.) These nomads were pure brutes and rather violent. They told of the coming war and those who remained “human” (and I use that word loosely) chose to go with them, as a great host of chaos was forming to ransack the lands to the south as well as claimed to be the “gods” of mankind. They directed the remainder of us to our respective kingdoms. The greenskins departure was a welcome one, as they had become the unruly smelly idiots I now know their entire race to be.

For my kin and I the road remained clear to Naggaroth and to our king. While we were traveling we came upon an unruly group of midgets calling themselves the Altdorf First swearing that they would kill every single one of us on sight. In the end, we left not one of them alive. Their blood split, my god appeased, we finally approached Naggaroth.

I have been in this foreign form (although I no longer think of it as such) for nine summers now. I am an Elf and proud of my adopted heritage; and although I am not native to these lands I shall crush those would deny my king his rightful throne. The blood shall flow in the name of my god, Kaela Mensha Khaine and those who stand in my way shall wail in a pool of their own blood. While my connection to my kin has become quite strong I am still rooted to the heritage of Blood Eagle. We shall march across this battered land with our heads held high to once again prove, that we are the best.

Karla; Humble servant of Kaela Mensha Khaine.

regarding the member page: i simply didnt have time to make a pure css layout or graphics for it. im planning on making it much more graphical with the key on the left side, and the member listing much less table looking.

now that i am not rushed i can definitely focus on converting the site to full css and implementing a good news system as well as tons of small updates and visual enhancements on all pages.

thanks for the feedback and appreciation.

not to be nit picky, but i wonder if the mythic guys will enforce their rules very much. its explicitly stated on their site/fan kit that you have to include the terms and conditions and legal disclaimer on your site. of all the ones I've seen, only ours has it.

im wondering if they'll let that slide or dish out cold hard justice.

The clanabyss website has it at the bottom, but I didn't see any of that in any of the other sites.

P.S. Gundam, sorry for posting the history without asking you first. I honestly didn't think you'd have a problem with it. If you do, let me know and I'll edit it out.

perhaps just rank sites that have it higher because we followed the rules. AKA all that have it get first picks, all the don't get second picks.

BTW, i know there's like a core from the old school GW grew that kinda take ownership of the title Blood Eagle... but there have also been WoW guilds setup for PvP along those lines, too.

It wouldnt hurt to emphasize BE's existence in many games :)

In fact, i think you could say something like:

"Blood Eagle has formed PvP guilds in other games, such as World of Warcraft where BE guilds emerged on several servers with dozens of players."
