KarmaPixel 09-07-2007, 06:14 PM The Scripters Emperor (http://sehq.spreebb.com) (over 400+ Scripts and 20+ tutorial's)
Hey everybody ,
The Scripters Emperor Forums is fully dedicated to the tribes community. Everything available is provided for you by my research time and free time devotion. I hope you all enjoy and treat the forums with respect. The downloads are hosted via "FileMojo" and should always be up for you all to download without automatic deletion of links ever.
Do keep in mind too that these forums are being hosted for free by "SpreeBB". They provide A good service allowing me to have unlimited bandwidth and size without restrictions which gives me good opportunity for expanding. All this great stuff put together allows me to provide you all with stable content for A very very long time. The visual taste of the forums are plain and easy I wanted it to be that way.
This forum is inspired by the database that was over at TribalWar It had many script's too until things went bad. So what was once lost is returned to the community. You can find downloads ranging from 1998-2007. I'm always adding new things so.. That's A cool thing to know =] . Many customs are expected to be provided too so relax.
Well I think I covered just about everything. Have Fun!

Teratos 09-16-2007, 07:46 PM I don't want to register. Can you change that, or are you doing it to control bandwidth or something?
pocketgamer 09-16-2007, 09:23 PM Thanks
KarmaPixel 10-02-2007, 04:03 PM @GreyHound - Nope it's not empty there's plenty!. just need to register

Ok, I'll probably register tonight then. I figure you have most, if not all, but I host all the scripts I downloaded over the years. Game Files: Scripts (http://gamefiles.androctasiae.ne t/tribes2/scripts/)
KarmaPixel 10-02-2007, 04:57 PM @Teratos - Great Work there on the link you send me! ,but the only issue is I'm doing only T1. Do you have anything script wise to T1?. I would also like to add your site to my Links section for directive resource for the t2 player's is that cool?
?B-MAN 10-02-2007, 11:25 PM Great!

Links are always cool :)
I don't have a T1 collection because I always played it at a friend's house down the road. Man, that was YEARS ago.
EDIT: Registered.
Plasmatic 10-03-2007, 12:30 AM I appreciate the mirror for tutorials taken from my sites, but you really need to copy them exactly as they were written, with credits, pictures, contact information, etc...
For example:
Plasmatica, Tribes Maps, scripting, and mods. (http://plasmatic.annihilation.in fo/map101.html)
vs
Board Message (http://sehq.spreebb.com/index.php?showtopic=367)
Even outdated versions of my mapping tutorial have my contact information at the end and beginning...
I'm sure most of the original authors aren't around to call you on this, but I doubt any of them would be thrilled to find edited versions of their work. Please change it or take them down.
KarmaPixel 10-03-2007, 01:13 AM @Plasmatic - Why is it you think your tutorials once put out there will remain in one area as to getting them? Your name is credited on your tutorial just as everybody else on is. I wrote in A brief above that area that I only removed the picture's from the tutorials and that's all I did. Did you miss that read? For there won't be any questioning about your tutorial in the area. The one I got did not provide your contact details with it otherwise it would have been there like the other's have in there's. I will edit it for it will show your contact credentials. Anyway sorry about that. Easy fix..
I'm not going to remove any of the author's unless I get contact from them. I will review the entire area again and try to add every contact details for those who dont have it. Some plain just don't provide it... really.
thank's for the heads up though.
Deceptikon 10-03-2007, 03:43 AM What a shitty site anyways, the setup is a fucking joke plus it requires a login and on top of the login the zips are password protected.
KarmaPixel 10-03-2007, 04:59 AM @Deceptikon - Well that's your issue if you choose not to read the pinned topics on acquiring the .rar password or even registering for that matter. I'm not going to spend time on an eye candy site or setup for this age old game. Find A site of interest that's not going to make you register before you get what you want. Some are out there ,but all don't exists on the same opinion's as others. I was directly forward when I typed here: (OFFLINE) Board Offline (http://sehq.spreebb.com/index.php?showtopic=605) about the site.
Other then that... Thanks for your feedback and I enjoy dueling you when your around.

Maybe instead of stealing other peoples work and altering it you should just redirect the link to that persons site directly. That's pretty much standard practice and less of the community would hate you. Also you don't need people to register to gauge interest in your site. Just enable a web traffic counter. You would have more people interested if you did it that way because most people hate to register just to dl a script or two or for that matter just to browse.
Its a nice effort but needs a bit of work!
KarmaPixel 10-03-2007, 11:10 AM @Calsa - So now I'm stealing work and altering it? Case of literal epidemic understanding against 3rd party hosting & sharing in general on your part. I will not directly link to nobody's website for a file prompt to later be considered A leeching duck or hot linking troll. This is not an open house opportunity..Take A few moments.. register.. enjoy your visit. 3-2-1 ..
On the flip side of this conversation's coin. I appreciate your feedback Calsa and I will brain storm for other method's of making it more simple.. for those who wish to conceal there lazy privacy ,but wants to pass go and collect.
KarmaPixel 10-03-2007, 12:03 PM Update:
Alright , here's what I did. I made it possible to view everything without registering , however you still will need to register to get the password that will show in large big bold letters.. So now it's browser friendly...
As far as the contact's in the tutorial area stuff with the author's. There's A new section pinned inside of the tutorial's area showing how to contact them directly.
Hopefully this will calm some of the controversy going on around here. It's key to keep in mind I'm only trying to provide A stable source of files which most time's provided by there original source for some time disappears. Everything I do is for the remaining community and I do not edit these file's as I find them..
I wish I had A tad bit more appreciation though :mecry: , I'm not upset at anybody here. And thank you for any or all comment's recieved.
Deceptikon 10-04-2007, 07:39 AM The only bad move on this site is rearchiving then passwording peoples work.
In one, two or five years when people are trying to extract things do you think they will have the password still?
Whatever I can't hate on people trying to help the community but the passwords should go.
Are the interweb hackers burning hundreds of gigs of your bandwidth hotlinking your tribes scripts.
