I currently have a killsound installed. But I only hear it when the kill is close range. Is there a kill script that works with the new hudbot that has a popup of your kills only instead of every other player kill? I find it hard knowing if the enemy is dead from long range shots without having to read through all the killspam from both teams.

How do I go about enabling that?

Andrew's config has this (plays a "bing" when you score a kill). Just make sure you follow his instructions in the config\docs\ folder and rename the .wav to something random, otherwise you'll hear everyone else's "bing"s.

I'm still not getting it. Remember, still re-learning. Been gone for years. :)

With Andrews 1.3, hudbot>0.5, or mem.dll you can use sound("wave.wav"); to play any sound in your base folder. It all depends on how your config parses onclientmessage().

sound(); itself is older then 0.5, it's from february 2004 and can be installed with an exe patch. So there are workarrounds.
