Is there a good, no frills (I don't need any silly programs and digital readouts and heart rate monitors etc. type shit), exercise machine that could preferably be put away somewhat easily? Looking for a stair-stepper or bike type thing. Something that can really get the heart rate going and will help lose belly flab. :p: Not even sure where to start looking.

I hadn't seen that thread, but that's truly epic.

get a spinning bike, it's probably the best thing for cardio and you can definitely get one for under 500 bucks
