BallZDeeP 08-28-2007, 03:30 PM I am currently taking some bulgarian tribulus pills during my hard workout days(maybe 3 pills a week)..i am seriously think about taking something for about a week or two that will made huge improvements in strength and cardiovas, as well as cut fat from my stomach..tribulus could be BS but Im looking for something with drastic results. I was told to look into Winstrol but that scares me.
during this time I do whatever is recommended, I plan on a very strict diet(which alone may help out dramatically too)
thoughts?

You can take all the supps/drugs you want, but at the end of the day it is effort and nutrition that give you the gains.

i try to eat right but i have a wife that gets home kinda late every day so a lot of the time we eat whatever, but i usually workout hard before she gets home so my metabolism blows through anything i ate.
my gym is at home..i work out 5 days a week, sometimes 6. whatever it is that i do its 10 of 10 never purposely working the same group twice.
i take all the supps regularly(the good stuff) but I havent taken a multi-v in about 2 weeks...yea i need to re-up.
its been 5 months strong and the results arent coming on as fast as i would like them to be ...thats all

I dont use a soloflex. I use all free weights(2 benches), rowing machine, bike, and pullup/dip bars
10/10 are reps(or x10)

i have a source for everything being a supp store owner and all..still learning what everything does though

edit: i want to shred my stomach. Everything is progressing except for the abs. I do crunches for about 15 minutes every other day
Shred your abs? Get your body fat lower. Also, crunches are probably the shittiest excuse for ab exercises.
Your wife gets home late so you eat whatever...what is stopping you from making a healthy meal?
I read somewhere that abs are 30% exercise, 70% diet. I'm not sure how true that is, but I've found that my abs started looking nicer as my body fat percentage went down.

losing 30 lbs in 2 months means im doing something right doesnt it? im at a plateau and the diet isnt that bad. i need to kick it up a notch.
mornings are oatmeal at work, trail mix every few hours(just a handful)
lunch is a subway on wheat(chicken breast, lettuce, olives, bell peppers, no mayo) with water(well..i try to drink water all day but im always on the move)
or I'll have a Jamba Juice
dinner will be chicken of some type, sometimes rice, veggies, cottage cheese, etc
whatever I eat will be after a nice 2 hour workout(which is M-F) and I throw in Protein, Glut, bananas as soon as I get home and one after w/o(or a Anator shake, with night time metabolism supplements)
i was thinking about testosterone supps but there were too many side effects

and running is the shit for ur abs, burns all the phat off ur tummy

Ballz youre a big guy, if you want those abs, change your diet! Also, while I dont disagree with using supps, you seem to use a SHITLOAD of them. I understand that you are around them all day at work, but jeez. you too bomba, freaks! ;p
