Fucking sucks going back after an injury

I haven't lifted in about a 3 weeks or a little more due to an injury. Going back kinda sucks. I started out with chest and tris and was pushing up fairy weight. :(

The fact that I've done dumbells only for bench press recently and then today switched to barbell made it worse. I was having trouble pushing up 175 :(

Fucked up wrist, plus no barbell for a while + no spotter = pansy lifting. Next time will be better.

if it makes you feel better, I just switched to dumbbels after doing solely barbell. I dont have a spotter either, so Im trying to work my way up to pushing my body weight with dumbbells. Makes me feel like a newb all over again

Yeah, it will happen. The only difference is with dumbells, I don't mind no spotter cause I can lower them to the ground. With the barbell, I have to rack it back up.

yeah, thats true, and have no shame my friend, Ive had that bar fall on my chest a few times now and I've had to roll that bitch off with a bright red face :bigthumb:
