Everyone that meets me for the first time thinks i work out at the gym. Pictures don't do me justice.
You gotta see me in motion, baby.

blazindave actually looks pretty shredded. He just needs to pack on some mass now.

pretty shredded compared to morbidly obese, sure... but not compared to people who are actually shredded

He's not huge, but you guys can't really make fun of him for being out of shape or looking bad. He actually looks quite fit. He's just not huge and buff.

I don't see the problem.

I just wouldn't follow his advice if I wanted to get bigger.

I don't use any of your suppliment shit because i consider it cheating. I'm more of an endurance/stamina type than a one shot power type guy like snapple would be.

As for wanting to get bigger, i'm the last person you should ask about that. I just do my exercises and am content with that.

you don't think it's possible to be big and have endurance? think again

there's a reason endurance athletes aren't ripped

and it isn't because they don't want to be

Of course you can have endurance and be big. However this slows you down by alot. Imagine yourself now and imagine being 20 pounds lighter, which body do you think would be able to run further+faster?
Check out what ultra marathoners and ironmen (tri) look like.

lol i'm not taking sides bel but what exactly do "elite athletes" look like?
that's a pretty vague statement considering an ultra marathoner, a sumo wrestler, a football player, and a basketball player can all be considered "elite athletes". there are "elite athletes" of all shapes and sizes.

Sure, lets start with known ultramarathoner dean karnazes!

My oh my!! The guy who can run 350 miles in one shot non stop sure is packing a ton of muscle.

Or here, the best of the best when it comes to the ironman

Which is:
"The race encompasses three endurance events of a 2.4 mile (3.86 kilometre)swim , followed by a 112 mile (180.2 kilometre) bike ride and ending with a 26 7/32 mile (42.195 kilometre) marathon:

Dave Scott (6-time winner of the Ironman Hawaii (men's record) ):

Peter Reid: http://www.trimarket.com/images/2005_5PeterReid.jpg

Oh hey Norman Stadler, how are you?
http://megapogo.sport24.com/images/mn/1161681590.jpg I must be weak and blabla because i dont have 200 pounds of lean muscle.

PFF WHAT A BUNCH OF PUSSIES, I MEAN IT ONLY TAKES THE ABSOLUTE BEST TO DO IT SUB 8 HOURS AND 30 MINUTES WITH NO REST AT ALL.

Then don't even let me get started on the triple ironman (which this man completed http://www.ironmate.co.uk/images/content_leftside_pic4.jpg ) and then the 5 times ironman distance and finally the 15 ironman which is basically an ironman but 15 times the distance (57km swim, 1770km bike ride and 630km run).

Or this woman!

Her 1997 world record in the quintuple ironman (about 74 hours for some 19 km swimming, 900 km bicycling, 210 km running) is more than 2 hours less than the men's world record; her 1999 world record in the deca (tenfold) ironman (about 187 hours for 38 km swimming, 1800 km bicycling, 420 km running) is about 5 hours less than the men's world record. In this event, her total time of 187 hours included some 8.5 hours of sleep. However, this record remains unofficial because it was not verified by the sport's administrative body, the International Ultra Triathlon Association.

What does she look like?

Let's try the other sport i practice:
Kyokushin

Let's start with well known Bas Rutten
http://www.art-of-war.tv/images/Legend15.jpg
HOLY FUCK HIS MUSCLES ARE HUGE.

Andy Hug (R.I.P.):
http://www.andyhugfoundation.com/webautor-data/15/andy_frei.gif
http://www.art-of-war.tv/Pictures-filer/andy_hug.jpg

Another martial art that resembles Kyokushin is Muay Thai (shoutout to ayz niggaz)
http://www.thaicollectible.com/kick3.jpg
All they do is fight fight fight and fight! God these guys must be idiots, they should obviously pack more muscle.
Fucking retards, aye?

OH HEY GUYS WE'RE OLYMPIC WRESTLERS, LOOK HOW HUGE OUR ARMS ARE:

So you see, you and i have a very different idea of what an elite athlete looks like. A body builder has dedication and works alot and i respect them for that. However to be able to last so long in fights and travel so far on your own is, to me, what a true athlete is: someone who pushes the human body to it's limits. Muscle is great and everything but it's not always needed. If putting on a ton of muscle is what you want, good for you. Just leave me the fuck alone.

 Night!

andy hug was 5'11 216..not exactly a small guy

dan henderson 205 lbs

bas rutten 206 lbs

Yea, but the amount of muscle they were packing for their body frame is "normal". They're also not so much muscle as fat (Not in Andy's case though).
My point is you don't NEED a shit ton of muscle to do something. It's almost like people pride themselves in having muscles and just showing off.
