I think I injured my tricep doing weighted dips monday. I had no problems doiung my back routine last weds, but on friday I tried to do chest and lifting those 65 DBs up just killed my left arm. I've narrowed the pain down to my tricep I believe, and I cant even lift it up at a certain angle. This is my first lifting related injury and Its killin me that I won't be able to do lifts this week

Might be a tendon instead of a muscle. More likely actually.

Whats the guesstimated recovery time for a tendon injury?
A tendon injury? Depending on how severe it is .... a week to a month for full recovery.... Is the pain in the muscle? It could just be a pull, which is what I usually get when I lift. Unless you were like .. really just letting your body drop and would up pulling a shoulder tendon.
A pull .. usually better for me in a week, I try and take it easy on the area while it's hurt .. I don't stop lifting .. it's probably not the greatest idea, but I am dumb like that.

I unfortunately have this same mental deficiency
