Best cream for sore muscles?

I can't wear icy hot at work without being offensive

Capzasin burns uncontrollably

What else is good that doesn't smell that much? its for my upper back

there's also some shit you can get at whole foods, i forgot what it's called, arnica or something, but it's supposed to work really well on bruises and shit, i assume it would help sore muscles as well

I've found that by taking creatine, drinking tons of water, getting enough protein, and getting at least 8 hours of sleep each night virtually eliminates muscle soreness no matter how hard I worked out. Even after an intense cardio session and full body workout my muscles aren't sore after more than a day or two at worst.

are you slouched over something all day? try sleeping on thefloor (even though this is better for your lower back) or buy one of those electric back massagers from brookstone :P im pretty sure most of the muscle relaxer ointments smell like shitty dog assholes, not to mention most creams will probably ruin your shirt


edit: for REALLY sore or tight muscles i use tiger balm, it burns like lava and the smell is very..unique, but you get used to it.
