Lately I've been doing 3 lifting periods a week of supersets.
Monday - Chest/back
Wednesday - Legs (Hams/Quads)
Friday - Shoulders, Bi's/Tri's
I was thinking of mixing up my routine to do a different combination of lifts. Would appreciate any suggestions (and reasoning if you have any)

a couple of my fav bi / tri supersets =

I was thinking more along the lines of body parts to mix up. I know a lot of guys do Chest/Tri's and Back/Bi's instead

I always do this because it seems to make sense. DB or BB press, you're using both Chest and Triceps. Same with a bunch of other exercises - dips, etc.

Supersets with similar muscle groups are gonna burn me out so bad... which is why I've been doing opposing muscle groups
