So when I first started playing WoW, I made the huge mistake of rolling on a PVE server so I could play with my roomate. 4 months later I was in a raiding guild, wasting my fucking life away in Kara until I realized how pointless and gay raiding is, and I deleted my entire account.

Well, now I'm playing 2142 and it's boring as shit, and I really miss WoW PvP so I think I will re-roll on a PvP server and zoom to 70 real quick so I can wtfpwn people in arena.

I don't really know shit about the pvp scene so I was hoping some of you guys can point me in the direction of the best servers, skill wise. If there's TW peeps on the server that's all the better. I'll be rolling undead rogue or shadow priest if that matters.

All I know is Tichondrius PvP blows, so I'd stay away from that battlegroup.

bloodlust battlegroup:

tichondrius (ally or horde) is the best pvp server in the game period
blackrock is the 2nd runner up in the same battlegroup

in fact the president of blizzard even held up the sign "tichondrius is not for you" at blizzcon: WoW Forums -> Even the president thinks Tich is not for you (http://forums.worldofwarcraft.co m/thread.html;jsessionid=C6 60DFF3118A7D92C80CCE235E6 615A2?topicId=712448695&sid=1)

Tichondrius is not for you :)

There's some TWers on Shattered Halls, but it's very casual. Most of the peeps are on their home raiding realms.

Horde Deathwing has always been good to me even though alliance are dicks. A pretty righteous hardware upgrade some time ago made it all good and a 2nd recent one seems to make it better.

A few old guildmates of mine and teammates of yours (BZotch, Adrenaline, Jivox, Shallah) rerolled again on Tich recently evidently with a sole focus of PVP at 70. They were only mid-20s this weekend when a couple of them sent tells so that could be an option.

The last time i rerolled, i picked Illidan alliance and i haven't regretted it ever

Huge population of active players, some attempt at actual world pvp, and well huge population (but still rarely queues)

As for horde, well horde is for angsty goth teenagers who play undead rogues and warlocks so i can't really help ya.

And Alliance is for faggots who think gnomes are cute.

Burning Blade isn't too bad, nice high population with a good balance of horde/alliance. The battlegroup (vindication) doesn't suck, either.

From my experience the Nightfall battlegroup is by far the best. I found my home on Kel'Thuzad but it is a pretty "brutal" when it comes to 70s running around killing lvl 20s for hours.

If you can survive on Kel'Thuzad, then you can be in the battlegroup

A very large percentage of the absolute best PvPers reside in Bloodlust, specifically on Tichondrius. Ignore everyone else saying there's is the best. I originally played on Laughing Skull, and while it was fairly competitive, it doesn't hold a candle in terms of average skill level.

I guess it all depends on whether you want to be a big fish in a small pond or vice versa.

Basically, the hype behind the battlegroup has inspired many of the better teams to migrate there, so it's sort of a self-fulfilling prophecy rather than anything in the water (aids?) on Tich or Blackrock.

Korgath has some good pvp (Home to TFO, the group that won the 5v5 tourney)

Mug'thol has some good pvp groups too.

Nightfall is an average BG honestly. I play here with lots of RL friends and don't have any complaints other than my lack of time to invest into WoW.

However, BG6 seems to be where all the big name, big e-peen players are found.

Bloodlust also has the only server in the game closed to paid server transfers, and has been for about 8 months. FROSTMOURNE!!!

So you can play with the big boys in pvp, but at the same time be protected from influxes of transfers looking to steal your spot on your 5v5 team!
