[Appraisal] How much is my account worth?

I'm not super interested in selling per se (just toying with the idea at the moment) so I'm not taking offers, but I'm wondering what my account is worth. It's a lot different than it was at 60 (where I got 400 for a bwl/aq40 geared rogue on her own account) so an appraisal is much appreciated in case it's the way I decide to go.

Honestly, if you don't know, I'm not selling you my priest. This is not a character for someone who just wants to pick up a priest and toy around/learn how to be a priest. She's a pretty well geared pvp healer/tank.

Also, I forgot to mention this - I have half decent damage gear. 750 shadow damage, over 9k mana, 5% hit. My pvp damage gear is like 600ish damage with 200 resil, 10k hp. So it's a decent starter set but this character is definitely a pvp healer.

Oh and I just got a Spyglass of the Hidden Fleet as well. Hoping to pick up a Seal of Danzalar and a Ring of Sundered Souls (yes, the tank ring) sometime soon for the pvp healing set soon too.

As far as the twinks go, the rogue has just about 2k hp, 330 ap (almost 300 agi), 40% dodge, 21% crit. Combat/swords with crusader/15 agi. The priest has 167 spell damage (or 252 +healing).

Maybe but logically if someone knows all about that without needing an armory link there's a safe bet said player may either be able to bot to get one and save him/her the money or they would only be interested in one toon rather than the entire account. And even then given what they know they'd be less inclined to offer what you feel it would be worth.

So I would think an appraisal here would probably result in less than you would expect or want. And your better bet at more money would be looking for buyers who wouldn't know as much as the game.

Exactly. You can bot to 70 and you can even bot the Vets gear...but glads and merciless glads? My collection of trinkets, my pve gear, those pvp rings from SSC I plan to get. Those can't be botted.

Haha I remember when my rogue was scrubby too :D. I got her gear (tier 2/AQ40 gear, HWL weapons), got sick of being a rogue, and sold her.

I love being a priest, this thread is just out of curiousity mostly and a tad of interest in selling after season 2 (we're ranked 7th right now so I'd like my title and drake at least)

Looks pretty damn promising. Though I suppose if arena is your only interest of course the same 2-3 maps would get boring after a couple weeks, I can't blame you for wanting to quit if that's all you do.

I enjoy how you assume players "suck" because they don't want to spend the time in a raiding guild 3+ nights a week. My co-worker at present does that, and I feel sorry for him. He always talks about his purplez like they're the best thing since Manwich.

Oh I raid still, I just prefer pvp.

I don't care about Blizzard's built in UI crap, I hate their SCT, I hate their target of target, etc.

All dungeons post Naxx that I've done (Kara, Gruuls, Mag, The Eye, SSC) have been plain and actually pretty boring. Nothing has come close to BWL and Naxx (my 2 favourites pre-TBC). With the exception of A'lar, all of the fights are a snoozefest (yes, we've done Hydross...I was bored).

No new battlegrounds have been added since TBC (I'm really not counting Warsong Basin for what I think are obvious reasons) - wru Azshara Crater...and WoW's previous implementation of "world pvp objectives" have utterly failed. Thrallmar, EPL, etc.

Only three arena maps when arena is supposed to be end game pvp.

Though do tell about the fear ward thing though. I gotta hear this. Fucking crutch. I kinda just wish they'd remove ALL priest racials and call it a day and say it was a big mistake.

How much can Blizzard add to PvP? Beyond a change of scenery. They have capture the flag, capture and hold, and a cross between them. A big zergfest, and team death match. Adding new Battlegrounds with the same objectives would just split those who want to play that type of PvP across multiple BG's, wouldnt it? Tht said wow is the only MMO i have palyed so I dont know what else has/can be done :)

They could have finished Azshara Crater and/or made another large scaled battleground but with no NPCs. There could be more arena maps, there could be arenas with zero line of sight. There could be battlegrounds with different/better objectives. They could put in a new faction with more trinkets/rings as rewards since really if you want good trinkets and rings, you've got to pve.

There's only so many hours in the day and so much to be done on an MMO (new content, new loot, fixing bugs, balancing gameplay, etc.) and the money-makers get the attention. 1) Relax.
2) If you don't raid, you won't see it in its new incarnation either so the comment doesn't apply.
