"Hey guys.

I just got back from Gamesday and boy are my legs tired from standing! Aside from an evil 45 minute wait to play for 15 minutes (I was told Baltimore got up to two and a half hours long, so I don't envy whoever attended that), the day was fantastic! Really though, I only played 30 minutes total, and I was only allowed to film my first session since it was the High Pass Cemetary scenario, so I only have Magus stuff for you guys. Sorry!

I'm editing the video now, but it isn't very complicated so it should be up soon. I also have some pictures, but they are all about Gamesday itself (I figured next weeks trip will suffice for the lack of info). I'll also tag along a write-up when I'm done."

A lot of the effects and animations aren't complete, most are placeholders. So don't let the "green smoke" effects and somewhat awkward casting animations discourage you.

Great Video. Guy seemed to know what he was doing.

Seems like the magus wasn't doing that much more damage than the average melee he was hit by. A lot of DoTs...

Wasn't much to that map...just straight deathmatch. No objective other than kill more of the other guys than they kill of you. Wish they'd show off more scenarios with actual objectives other than Deathmatch.

I'm sure none of those guys actually planned on working together (Strangers playing together = PuG). Now as a guild or group of people who know one another or have PvP'd together in the past, I'm sure the fights would be much more tactical and interesting.

I just left WoW..why would I wanna play this? It looks like such a ripoff imo. The PvP in DAoC is far more intense than this too.
