ive read shit about how much alchy fucks up everything in the workout world

ex - killing protein synthesis / metabolism / testosterone. can u post some

detail on this subject?. one main thing that comes to mind (according to ur

articles) is if protein synthesis is at its max 24hours after lifting can i workout

and go party and then protein up the next day? or does alchy mess it up for

alittle while? also ive read pretty much eating anything while shitfaced ends

up stored because your body is so busy trying to get rid of alchy in the

system it just stores everything else(true?).im not gonna change my diet or

anything but i think u proved urself worthy of arguing the other side. plz

you know, i was kind of thinking of saying something about that too.

but then again I noticed that I do that too, but not as much, my eyes suck too :\ I usually have to highlight what ive read so far if there is a large amount of text not spaced apart.
