Now, the horde retaliates with a 200+ man raid on SW and IF at the same time, and the server lags out.
World of Alliance craft.
My server is running off dual P3's it seems like. It needs better hardware. :(

The alliance won today. And it was sad. And I just got word that they took down silvermoon, and the uc also.

I like dethroc, There are some really good people on that server actually. Just have to know where to find them.

No, when we killed Thrall (and the rest) years ago we got like 600 honor and a DK from one of the civilians that pulled with him.
With a 40-man "pug" raid.

While I dont think blizzard wants to encourage world PvP due tot heir hardware not being able to handle it, giving each town a boss who gives say 500-5000 honor and 5-50 gold (depending on size of the town) would be a great way to do it. To give defenders an incentive make enimies killed within your town have no dminishing returns and 2-4x the amount of honor. and every honorable kill gave say 30s.

Ok...so you raid with 4 times the people, and lag out. How does this have anything to do with favoring alliance? There are plenty of arguments for Blizzard favoring Horde or Alliance. Get over it. If alliance had done a 200+ raid, they would have lagged out as well.
Now, if you want to complain about hardware sucking...then fine. Especially when you consider the astronomical money they must be making off this...they can afford good hardware.
It's a love/hate game. I hate a lot of things in this game, but I still love to play. It would be nice of Blizzard to change somethings...but they're a business. They'll only change things that make them lose money. Unless people quit WoW over something, Blizz doesn't give a shit.

But the bosses would have to be new NPCs that either didn't offer quests, or offered only PvP related quests (Go kill my counterpart in the alliance village over there, 1g 500 honor reward).
