anyone know of good free/cheap software to mix mp3s? i've got a bunch of my favourite house tracks that i want to mix together. i liked the look of mixmeister studio (MixMeister DJ Mixing Software (http://www.mixmeister.com/products_mmstu7.html)) but im not prepared to spend 170$
many thanks
Check and see if this works for you. Edit: I think it needs wavs rather than mp3.

imight be able to get away with the mixmeister demo... apparantly the limitation is that it inserts a message saying that it's a demo every few minutes on your final mix. as long as it doesn't insert over any transitions, i should be able to paste over those in another editor
Reaper is supposed to be pretty good. I just downloaded. It's shareware with no restrictions. Only $39 to buy for personal use and remove the startup reminder.
You can import your existing mp3s.
