i got a letter from my ISP telling me that i had to delete a movie. no problem i deleted the movie. is there any way to hide what i am doing better from my isp?
it was a torrent from piratbay.. so maybe i should stop going there.. any other ideas? i already have it hooked up to a router.
With torrents, you're sharing what you download, and they have access to your IP Address. So no way around it.
Just don't send a reply to your ISP saying: OK IT IS DELETED!
And also, start using PeerGuardian if you aren't.

they said that i had to send a reply back or they would shut off the internet. my mom called back and played dumb and they said "well ok it must of been a mistake then never mind" (i use remote desktop at a computer at my parents house and use it for torrents)
