I have a trendwest timeshare with 6000 annual credits for sale.
Total price I am asking for is $4,750, which includes the $150 transfer fee. This can either be paid in full or I can accept a ~25% down payment and then monthly payments of $151.35. There is no interest charged for the monthly payments option. The exact amount of the down payment varies based on when the transaction would take place, but it would be ~25%.
For those of you not familiar with what this is let me explain. This is NOT a timeshare where you only get the same week each year in the same location every year. This is a membership to the Trendwest Wolrdmark club, this membership never expires and it can be passed down to your heirs after you die.
The 6,000 credits are awarded every August for this account, and they can be saved up in order to take a larger vacation. With this membership it would be possible to use up to 18,000 credits towards a single vacation, there are options to get more credits as well, both single use and permanent credits are available to members. A rough estimate is that 6,000 credits = one week vacation. This can vary based on seasonal demands per location but that is fairly average. There are many other benefits besides just a single vacation every year, you can use bonus time to take 2 and 3 day mini get-aways throughout the year with out using up your credits, these cost money, but it is at a good discount rate. Credits can be traded towards cruises and other attractions as well as traded in for merchandise and gift cards if you just can't get away and need to use you credits up. Credits do expire after 24 months from their reward date, but you can book vacations up to 13 months out so there is lots of room for flexibility.
See here (http://www.worldmarktheclub.com/) for information on what locations are available for members as well as other offers and information about being a member. I can answer any questions you may have as well. They are continually planning and building more locations for members to visit. And there is an option to trade your credits to other vacation clubs, Interval International and RCI, which opens up pretty much the entire world for travel.
Thank you for looking, if you still have questions I can answer them for you.
