This is the best time for a spoof
It wasn't a spoof, he had all that stuff up before, he didn't know this would happen, he's just an Asian guy that loves guns and stuff...

So your admitting that a gun is the same thing as an addictive narcotic? FINALLY!
Did I deny it previously?

no, he's admitting that outlawing alcohol didnt work, neither will outlawing guns
Lord Elessar 04-16-2007, 10:39 PM did you know there was violence before guns?
THIS IS MADNESS
Mr.Beverage 04-16-2007, 10:39 PM we need nano-forcefields, then we can all shoot each other for fun.
Automatic Jack 04-16-2007, 10:40 PM You guys are really missing the Bill of Rights angle, They CAN'T illegalize it, those 10 fundamental rights are not able to be given away.

then Ogg of the Utak tribe instituted a ban on sticks and rocks...i don't think it lasted long. Although violence among the cave dwellers went down, there was a sharp rise in people getting eaten by wild animals
supernaut 04-16-2007, 10:40 PM I vote to get rid of guns just so people go back to fighting with swords and such again.
point being? Where did I say that stricter gun laws would stop all gun deaths? It would reduce them though. You would have to do more than just restrict gun sales. I would say that anyone under 25 shouldn't be allowed to own a weapon and like I said should undergo a psychological evaluation before they are allowed to even be considered legal to buy a weapon. The choice of their weapon should be part of the evaluation as well.
Stricter gun laws would not have stopped what happened today from happening. Plain and simple.
trepanation 04-16-2007, 10:41 PM If you losers would just kill yourselves quietly, this wouldn't be a problem.
TF_Grungir 04-16-2007, 10:42 PM you will never be able to prevent this kind of thing unless you invent something that can read peoples mind.
Any fairly intelligent, motivated individual can do a LOT of damage.... with or without firearms.
This is really sad, I kept hoping that idiots would try and pull these things off. After Columbine I started to see that retards usually did these sorts of things... and/or people with horrible aim/motor skills. This time was not the case :(
I really hope he didnt play GTA or listen to ozzy... cause the media is going to want to blame this on anything and everything BUT this kid.

What are you talking about? The constituation has been amended before (by, for example, the bill of rights) and it can be amended again. Though it'd be incredibly difficult politically, there's no legal problem with revoking/changing the first 10 amendments to the constitution. Assuming popular/legislative support, the 2nd amendment could be removed at any time.

donnykrun 04-16-2007, 10:45 PM If a killer wants a gun they will get one, there are plenty of ways to get firearms.
