Shooting on VA Tech campus

you have no idea what is going to happen, or if there is more than 1 shooter....it's stupid to speculate what you would do because its easy to think that you would fight the guy from the comfort of your room. i can only imagine what it would be like to see people being killed all around you and having a loaded gun pointed at you.

some bill that allows students to carry handguns on campus wouldn't have prevented this...that sounds like a horrible idea.

It's a great idea.. Instead of a bunch of defenseless DEER, being shot up, there's the threat that the shooter would be shot back at....

I'm an engineer at WVU that could probably kick your ass, but that still doesn't mean I might not freak out in such a situation. Especially if this guy had planned as well as it sounds like he did. He probably didn't leave any room for people to get close.
