are you talking about campus police? if so you are fucking moron. All the state schools around here have their own specific station with a full time staff of SWORN officers, I would imagine as do many other states. If thats not what you are talking about...never mind.

STFU Blacksburg has some of the best well-equipped police. How can you blame them for what happened. They locked down the campus FAST after the realized what was happening.

My question is why shit wasn't locked down at 7am after the first shooting...
