After trying for 5 hours last night I finally gave up and went to bed at 3:30. I knew I had connected/seated/plugged everything properly. This morning when I go to try again...I realize that my dumb ass didn't actually connect the CPU power from the PSU. BAM everything works and now I'll be installing vista :rocker:

Cliffs:
1) Tired when building system = brain fart
2) Rested state when building system = duh!
3) CPU's need power for your system to POST

Moral of story: Check yo' shit dawg!
