I haven't been able to find a solution to this. I have a router setup at my house for both wired and wireless computers. I have LAN DHCP disabled, and have a static ip address setup. Everything works fine at home.
The problem is this: my fiancee's laptop connects fine at home with manual IP/DNS settings, but when she goes to work she has to go into the networking settings and use the "Obtain IP automatically" which is a pain in the ass to keep doing.
Is there any way of keeping the manual IP settings for the home network and still let her connect to a dynamic system at work without having to re-enter all the information?
