adjusting ram timings

i've always had shitty ram, sprung for the xms c4 ram on my new pc

so

i know "how" to adjust the timings, what i'm not clear on is do i need to adjust the voltage too?

Damn I almost stepped in some dumb. Thank you for the warning.

Try posting some specs or something. Otherwise you could just try upping the volts until right before it starts to smoke.

Your Corsair RAM should have rated timings and latency right on the box. That's generally what you want to shoot for in the BIOS.
