Don't. Most of them are simply farming groups that will farm like motherfuckers, strip your other characters of all their stuff, sell it all, and leave you with a banned account.

To give your account name/pw to a friend is moronic, to give it to a complete stranger is about the stupidest thing a person could do. Unless of course you really don't give a shit about your account, or all of the phat lewt you've collected over the past 2 years.

Make sure it has a different name / billing information than your main one.

Had 2 friends get levelled up to 60 by chinamen only have their characters deleted 2 weeks later.

I used it to get 1 - 30 and forgot to change my password thinking 'why would they give a shit about my crappy account?'

2 months later I logged in and every character I had was stripped bare, all my non-soulbound items were on the auctionhouse, and all my soulbound items were sold to merchants, with the gold sent to some dummy account to re-sell the gold.

I recovered most of it, but it took a month.

I'd stay away; they're really disreputable.

Everyone I know of that has used a power level service has had their account pema-banned. Most got all/some of their money back from the service but eh..

Yea... sounds like its not a good idea :(
