Is it worth it to start playing again?

I quit quite some time ago (March of 2006) and was wondering what the TWWoW community thinks of the expansion. First off, if I came back I'd be naked, all my stuff was d/e'd. I don't think this would be much of a problem though because I was a prot warrior with no DPS gear, which is practically required for levelling. A real life friend of mine said he would loan me some $$$ to buy a set of green DPS plate off the AH.

My only quips about conisidering returning to the game is the problems I might face once I hit 70. I can assume that at this point I can level from 60 to 70 at my own pace (preferably a couple hours at a time) and won't have to spend nearly as much time with the game as I did when I was MT for my guild raiding every night. But once I hit 70 I'm afraid I'm gonig to want to become more hardcore like I was before.

Would a good solution be to just buy a 60 day gamecard with the expansion, see what happens in two months, then reassess my views on the game?

Or should I not even waste my time because I probably won't find the enjoyment of lvling my gnome warrior from 60 to 70 that I'm hoping for?

lvlin was quick and easy as all hell to 70, there are so many quests is somewhat absurd. But if u have quit, never, ever play it again. Let it die. play an FPS or go expand your real life.

Do you seriously want to waste your life on WoW? I mean, you quit once, don't give in and go back, it's just a complete waste of time.
