its a fantastic ui, but i dont like the textures. im in the process of replacing those.

I know the default UI isn't that great but everyone who posts screens of their modified UI's uses hideously ugly UI's.

same, but what sucks is you cant get enough buttons/spaces for everything, at least not for myself, i need pots/consumables up so i remember to use em etc and need places for macros as well as the individual abilities

I wouldn't mind the default UI if there was an easy, native way to get rid of that gargoyle art. That just takes up valuable room IMO.
