31/30?

QUIT. THE. GAME.

(no seriously get a better MS spec, having only 10 rage when you switch stances as MS sucks ass FAR more than you would think in both PvP _AND_ PvE...and ANY build that goes at least 31 points into Arms and passes up Second Wind is passing up a FAR more valuable tool to MS than all those Fury toys. Seriously. That is NOT hyperbole for once. Second Wind REALLY IS that good.)

^^^if you REEEEEEEEEALLY insist that you don't need Tactical Mastery (an outright fucking lie, there is NEVER enough good that can be said about Tactical Mastery no matter WHAT you're doing)

^^^ a LESS OFFENSIVE (I certainly wouldn't call it "good") MS/Flurry build. Trust me. Second Wind with MS will MORE than make up for only 3/5 Flurry no matter what you're doing. Personally if I were gonna do something like that I'd throw out the points in Flurry altogether and get Tac Mastery just so that I could do something when I switch stances besides tapping my foot waiting for my slow-ass weapon swing to (hopefully) connect and crit and get me back up to 30 rage.

not that that sword isn't awesome, but a good chunk of damage is off his buffs :p i notice some of the icons, most of which people attack power ones. i believe one of them being the new flask of relentless assault which increases attack power by 360 for 2 hours and lasts through death.

Ugh, I can't believe I dignified that thing with a click. I LOATHE these kinds of Warrior videos. "Whee, look at me, I can hit for 2000 white damage with my shiny new sword on mobs 8 fucking levels below me while flasked to bejesus and back!" So many of these stupid kids fall in love with their own numbers and I bet they couldn't PvP to save their lives without an entourage of healers.

The fact that the kid jumps all of ONCE in his video and seems to be turning entirely with his keyboard should also set off warning klaxons that his gaming instincts probably aren't nearly as predatory as they ought to be. I guarantee you if I ever fraps myself, you will see me jump NO FEWER than .05 times a second, no matter what I'm doing. :D

Wake me when Laintime releases his next video, I wanna see him fight another Frost mage for half an hour and still win. Now THAT shit is funny.

beta 06, is lionheart the same stats now as it was then? and is tier one the first vers of 3 on that sword?

really dumb question: i was looking @ the sword last night in shat; is it required that the user be a swordsmith? or just lvl 70?

Thunder/Deep Thunder/Stormherald for 2H and Drakefist/Dragonmaw/Dragonstrike for 1H.

Will take me forever to get the mats, but yum.

You'd be surprised how well it works, actually. And I'm not worried about PvP at the moment.

If you go back and look at some of my posts helping other warriors out here Ben, you'd notice I'm a staunch supporter of TM. I've been playing without it for a few days now and it's easily managable, as long as you're not retarded.

So, in summary, don't be retarded and it works fine.

Yeah some of my post was hyperbole (I like to consider it highly justified hyperbole), but still, I can think of a lot of situations where I'd be in a pinch and that lack of TM would make all the difference...particularly if you suddenly have to break off DPS and start tanking. Taunt + 10 rage after losing the zillion rage you had in Zerker in an instant + fighting the DPS for aggro when you're struggling to get rage for a Sunder, let alone getting one to hit = way too sticky for my liking. To me there's no better security blanket when switching stances than being a nigh-guaranteed one auto-attack from a Mortal Strike, or fully loaded on rage for one Sunder immediately upon entering Def Stance -- with the option of Second Wind thrown in. Bloodrage and Zerker Rage can't always be up, you know.

So, in summary, don't be retarded and it works fine.

For PvE, you could do worse...but seriously, even if you don't get TM, get Second Wind...that talent is so fucking awesome it defies all logic. I would easily place it as the second most important talent an MS warrior can take, right after MS itself. One knockdown while tanking, one Frost Nova or root while PvPing, and all of a sudden you're sitting on a MOUNTAIN of rage with a pretty nice little HoT on top of that.

And as for me, I'm ALWAYS worried about PvP. Even the most carebear among us can't hide in an instance all day to get the shiny trinkets we want, and when that chuckleheaded mage decides to chuck a Fireball at me and see if he can't waste me while I'm fighting a huge fucking elephant (like he did today), I'm gonna Intercept his ass and show him why they fear the name Benjamin W. Reed (like I also did today...honestly what the fuck kind of Mage jumps a Warrior at half health and LOSES?). I live and I die by consistency, no matter what comes.
