2142 help?

well i pre ordered 2142 pre downloaded and played it at release , my soldiers name is kitoace and i only played it for 2 weeks after release.

well i stoped playing for a while to play some Eve diablo 2 and wow , i come back to find i got an error.

the error was i needed to update my EA link so i did so , now its telling me i have no games register and i was never shipped cd's for the game info , my games still installed and when i try to play it it tells me to log into to EA link. well i am logged into EA link but i cant play any games

there support is fucking shit i have 3 active questions going and they have yet to response to any of them. any one know some one with sim probs?

Try the question bank, or whatever they call their repository of ansawered questoins.

I hate this game for its bugginess, but at least they have all the problems they've encoutered solved.

You may have to edit a registry file, or just a simple reinstall of EA Link. Try searching both the forums (you'd be surprised the quality answeres) and that support thing with a good search parameters.
