I unleashed the hounds of TW, yes. But quite honestly, I didn't think anyone was even going to notice the thread let alone take it this far. I posted it RIGHT BEFORE I went out to a friend's 20th b-day party and forgot about it. Being tipsy before I posted probably influenced my post...a lot. When I got in work this morning I was checking the traffic inflow to our site and noticed a LOT of TW traffic. Came across the this thread, saw that it exploded.

I never posted on the CouponForum website, I never called anyone and I never went into any chatrooms.

I guess this is what happens when you unleash the power that is TribalWar.

And as far as I can tell, I'm probably fired but it was my own fault. It wasn't my doing of the actual physical attack, but I initiated it.

So, it's getting really really really drunk for me tonight and job hunting this weekend. Hurrah

I wouldn't. He's been here long enough to know what whould have happened when he bellowed forth the call for the TW Hounds. He chose to call them out over his own business concerns, he should have foreseen this coming.

I don't think that's cut and dried.

Calling someone's home is completely out of line, and I think it should be distinguished from what Fourstar asked for. A forum invasion is wildly different from phoning someone's home in the middle of the night.

Do you honestly think that Couponforum would not contact FOURSTAR's boss about the forum invasion had the rape call never occured? Lemonparty, Goatse, etc. is plenty of grounds to get FOURSTAR dismissed by his boss. His fucking job is marketing and he made a fucking disasterous public relations mistake which could affect his companies future sales.

Classic. This is a perfect example of karma at work. An infantile request was made, it was fulfilled above and beyond expectations, consequences were meted out.

Why anyone would be so stupid to actually bring their worklife onto TW is beyond me though. You would think that past situations would smarten people up a bit, but I guess not.
