From the sound of it they have enough to nail the actual callers, but what they really wanted was the guy who started it all, and that was FOURSTAR. The fact he worked for a company that was advertised on the site and the intial intent of the raid was business-related only served their favor.

It's a lot quicker to get someone fired from a job than it is to get them convicted to server jail time.
