I think it's the fact that many of the past legal threats toward the site were so baseless.

As a result, those here who have just the right mixture of sociopath/stupidity do not realize that there are indeed some things that can get you into real trouble on the WWW.

Its one thing to fuck with neo-nazi 8 year olds, but another altogether to fuck with minivan driving soccer moms who cut coupons.
