[T2] Creating buildings [Archive]

Hey, I would like to do new buildings in T2, theres also a .dif exporter for 3ds max, unfortunately for 2.5 or 3, I have 7.
The problem is that I cant import and export this files. Does anyone know a model program which is capable of doing that, or another solution?
