Honestly, what's the point? You still need to put your hand close to the drive's eject button to take the disk out.

because i'm trying to install windows media center edition on my macbook pro...and the eject key on the keyboard doesn't work, so i was hoping there was a windows shortcut to eject the disc (mce is multiple discs) but looks like there isn't. which makes it impossible to install mce on the mac. oh well.

this is during the install of windows, so the bootcamp software won't work since its not installed yet.

mce is multiple discs, so there is no way to eject the disc during the windows installation process.
