No.

The top 50 from the internet vote are eligible for evaluation. Then out of those 50, 12 are chosen to receive the boob job.

Judges from the Bubba the Love Sponge® show and a board certified surgeon will narrow the entries down to fifty finalists. All entries will be judged based on physical health, attributes, and follow up interviews to select twelve contestants for breast enhancement surgery. Prize winners will be notified by telephone on or about December 20, 2006. If a contestant is chosen and elects the surgery the contestant will be required to sign a modeling contract with BRN® to be included in its 2008 show calendar. See E for those not electing surgery.
