How do you avoid APM mines?

As an engineer is the only way to have that tool in my setup to disable them?

I hear crawling past them will keep them from detonating. Never tested it, though.

Also, how do you save you customizations? Every new server I have to rebuild them.

You can't save your configurations, funny how something so simple that everyone took for granted in Tribes couldn't be coded into a game like this, quite pathetic.
