I have a s-video cable hooked up to my TV, so i can watch movies on it. Well awhile ago i just kinda stopped watching alot, and updated my drivers for some reason. And now when i turn onto my TV display for my movies, theres a good gap off space im missing, so its impossible to read subtitles and such.

Im trying to figure out if its the drivers fault or not, but im having no luck googling anything.

Anyone ever heard of this problem?

Check if the new drivers enable overscan by default. Normal TVs all overscan so theres a portion of the screen that goes past the borders. Computer displays by default do not do this and draw the picture all the way to the edges. So this will cause all edges to flow over the displayed area if overscan is on. I have an old computer that sits downstairs just next to my TV so I can watch downloaded stuff etc, and I always prefer to have overscan off.

If thats not the case, then usually in the drivers, you can adjust the screen size and position, maybe by default it just wants to draw lower on this driver, you can probably just raise it up.
