PC Studdering Issues [Archive]

Overall my PC has been slower, I haven't been able to play games and when I'm loading a program my computer will studder extensively, especially audio such as winamp. Even when watching videos such as youtube it will play... studder.... play... studder repeatedly. Could this be a sign of a dying or loose video card? I run virus and spyware checks reguarly so that's not it.

Please halp.

1) Check temperatures

2) Check for spyware/adware/virus

3) Check cable/card connections.

4) Have you been changing settings around lately? Installed new software?
