There is what It is saying when I try and play .mpegs, and it only started this week.

It is Windows XP Tablet Edition, but it says Proffessional.

All MPEGs dont work, and this is the standard skin from beta 11. This has been a problem from my 10 also.

sounds like the codec is messed.Have you tried reinstalling wmp?

It use to work fine on WMP but it dosent any more. I reinstalled 10 and it still didnt work, so I upgraded to 11 and still nothing. I think it is a conflicting or missing codec.

What am I looking for exactly... It just lists off the codecs installed.

All MPEGs dont work, and this is the standard skin from beta 11. This has been a problem from my 10 also.
I use 11, which had a wierd bug (hit spacebar witht he cursor over the play buttin and movies would start playing at slow motion [great for pr0n] but use up 98% of my processor. The bug was a few days ago. It plays mpeg's etc. fine.

It's not the player friend. Try an older mpeg with an older codec, see if that works.
